ELEVATE YOUNG ADULT SUMMIT
The Elevate Young Adult Summit is led and coordinated by the Northeast Oklahoma Regional Alliance (NORA) as a one-day, high-impact event focused on inspiring and equipping young adults from across Northeast Oklahoma as they consider their next steps in education, career, and life.
Each year, the summit brings together young adults, primarily ages 18 to 24, from across 15 counties in the region. Attendees are connected through sponsoring organizations such as the Workforce Boards, Job Corps, Thunderbird Youth Academy, and the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services.

While the target age range is 18–24, the event remains open and inclusive to any youth seeking direction and opportunity.
The day begins with an energizing and thought-provoking keynote session. Following the keynote, attendees rotate through small-group breakout sessions. These sessions include a deeper discussion with the keynote speaker, employability skills workshops, and direct engagement with exhibitors representing employers, training providers, and youth-serving organizations. These interactions are designed to be more than informational, they offer one-on-one opportunities for attendees to ask questions, explore career paths, and build confidence through meaningful conversations.

Elevate is made possible through NORA and the collaboration of a dedicated planning committee that includes MidAmerica Industrial Park, Claremore Economic Development, Tulsa Ports, and Rogers State University. The event reflects a shared commitment to building the region’s emerging workforce by connecting young adults with the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to move forward with purpose.
