INVESTOR OPPORTUNITIES
NORA is embarking on a strategic capital investment campaign aimed at bolstering regional collaboration,
enhancing workforce and economic development, improving housing and childcare accessibility, protecting
tribal-state partnerships, and ensuring accessible healthcare. This campaign will lay the groundwork for
expanding multi-year economic development incentives, cultivating our future workforce, nurturing
entrepreneurship, and cultivating a well-educated leadership base to steer the region towards a prosperous
future.
NORA’s goals are ambitious and will positively impact the region. The initiatives are focused on creating widely
shared opportunities, job creation, talent development and recruitment, entrepreneurship, and leadership
advancement. Such an aggressive plan requires broad regional support to achieve our funding goal. We will be successful if communities, businesses, and stakeholders that have an interest in the prosperity of Northeast
Oklahoma engage in this strategy and exercise financial leadership by investing in it.
